Privacy Policy

This is an interim notice covering what this website does today. A fuller Personal Data Protection Policy is drafted and will replace it once it has been reviewed by a qualified advisor familiar with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Everything on this page is accurate as at the last updated date; nothing here is aspirational.

What this website collects

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, your website address, the concern you selected and the plan you were viewing. Your name, email and message are needed to reply to you; the rest is optional and only helps us answer usefully.

The website health check takes a website address. That is a fact about a site, not about a person, and the tool asks for nothing else.

Our servers see your IP address, as every web server does. We use it to rate-limit the enquiry form and the health check so that one connection cannot flood them. We do not use it to identify, profile or track you.

What happens to an enquiry today

Plainly: our enquiry form currently delivers nowhere. A submission is validated, screened for spam, and dropped. The only thing recorded is a log line proving the form was reached, and it deliberately excludes your email address and the contents of your message.

That is good for your privacy and bad for our service, so it is worth saying twice — if you need to reach us, email admin@webrightglobal.com directly. When a destination is connected, this page will be updated before that change goes live, not after.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs no analytics provider and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. That is a decision rather than an omission: an analytics script runs on every page and needs a consent position we have not yet taken. We use no web beacons, tracking pixels or cross-site advertising technologies. If that ever changes, this section is rewritten before the change is switched on.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors. We do not share what you send us with anyone except where the law requires it.

Data on websites we maintain

Where Webright Global maintains a website for a client, we can reach the data that site holds — its enquiries, accounts and records. We act on that client’s instructions, we do not copy their data into our own systems, and we never market to it. If you are a customer of a business whose website we maintain, your relationship is with that business: requests to access, correct or delete your data should go to them, not to us. If you write to us by mistake, we will pass it on to them promptly and tell you we have.

Your rights, and how to reach us

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email admin@webrightglobal.com. We will confirm who you are before disclosing anything — that step protects you, so please expect it. We will not charge you for a request.
